No. I have coached youth sports, I also carry a CPR card, but do not make it mandatory. A good solution is to have the club bylaws suggest it to all coaches. Then the club can put on the course. The coaches are in short supply and to make it a requirment will just increase the shortage.

    No. There should be paramedics on hand if they are playing a sport in which they could be injured. Why did you even put baseball on here? When was the last time anyone needed CPR while playing baseball?
