The Korean Sports University Taekwondo Demo Team performing at the Home Depot Multicultural Festival in Sacramento on 8/2/2008. The team was sponsored by Lee’s Korean Martial Arts Academy. It was a typical hot summer day in Sacramento and the performers were barefoot so walking on the blacktop was a painful experience. At the end of the show they cooled off in a large tub of water.
Master Ki Dong Lee is an 8th degree black belt in Taekwondo and Hapkido. I highly recommend his school. If you live in the Sacramento area, and want to study Taekwondo or Hapkido with the best, come visit his studio. http://www.leeskoreanmartialarts.com

This was my first foray onto national television. And I did it with a red mohawk. Back in November of 2009 I went down to the annual Georgia/Florida game and was fortunate enough to do a piece for CBS College Sports. I was treated fantastically and really appreciate the opportunity. I also owe a debt of gratitude to those who helped me get footage together to make the package; thank you very much. With the help of a lot of people I got to experience the exact thing I want to do with the rest of my life. Again, my gratitude.
