Well I’m planning to get hard contacts next month and I was wondering what sports shouldn’t be played while wearing them. I play soccer and run cross country, I’m also planning to play basketball too. Would i have to wear my glasses and not my contacts in any of them?

no, you wouldn’t have to wear glasses.
contacts were pretty much invented so you can be active and play sports without having to worry about breaking or losing your glasses.
