When does painting address curbs with sports team logos, state flag etc become a problem with the city and/or homeowners association? i can make some money doing this.

Which sports team is the most famous throughout the world, Manchester United or New York Yankees?

I am unsure about which one out of the above two sports teams is the most famous throughout the world. I do not support either team, but I would say that both teams are the most famous within the sport that each team competes within.

I know that we are talking about two teams which compete within two completely different sports, and which play within two different continents, but is anyone able to answer the above question for me?
By the way, in case anybody doesn’t know, Manchester United are an English football (soccer) team who play in the Premier League, and the New York Yankees are an American baseball team who play in the MLB.

I don’t even know what sport NY Yankees play. I’d guess either Baseball or Basketball. Pretty sure its not American Football.

Discuss and analyze the differences between using a professional sports team or an individual athlete as endorser of products. Give a few actual examples from actual sponsoring and the pro´s and con´s for different products. Comment on the “Tiger Woods” case and David Beckham as an endorser.

The only comment I can make about Tiger Woods is this – for obvious reasons I wound NOT use him.
I know the professional life and private lives of Pro Athletes are supposed to be kept apart, but how can anyone not bring up Tiger’s indiscretions?
If I was to use a Pro golfer I would go with the current champion.
I’ve never been into Soccer but David Beckham would be a great choice.

Personally I would go with an individual rather than an entire team. The biggest reason would be that not every member of the team would not support the product I was selling.
It is so much easier going with one person than a group. That would be my other reason.
I would NOT want one or more members coming out and saying they liked Dr. Pepper when I was pushing Pepsi.
If however they all signed a declaration that they did use my product and not go with another soft-drink company, then I might consider a team endorsement.
There are too-too many examples to go into. I do remember Kurt Warner endorsing a breakfast cereal with his picture on the box, but no other member of the 1999 Rams were asked to. That’s the year the Rams won the Super Bowl.
As I said, one person says it all as far as I am concerned.

I’ve wanted to start a blog about my favorite hockey team for a little while now, but I’m worried about any legal issues surrounding the whole idea. So basically, can I blog daily about a specific sports team?

Freedom of speech. You can blog about and talk about what ever you want. As long as it’s not slander or libel. Someone can’t stop you from talking about a sport’s team. That’s absurd.

Yes, you can. Just go into the main page for your team, click on "My Team" (red bar), click on team settings, and at the bottom is appoint co-manager.

what degree in college would help me the most if i want to become an athletic trainer on a profssional sports team? and how hard is it to get a career like this?

I noticed a lot of the college student-athletes that want to be coaches and/or trainers major in either Kineselogy, Sports Management, or Professional Recreation. Go on some college websites and look at the bios of some of the athletes and you can see what I’m talking about.

as opposed to individual sports? like, how come team sports can draw in a lot of the audiences’ attentions, while at individual sports (excluding boxing, MMA) recieves a small fan base?

Why were most team sports invented in the 1800s and later?

It seems the history of most team sports dates from the mid 1800s. Why weren’t there any team sports prior to that time? I know people participated in games but all the modern ones seem to have this same time frame.

I believe it’s because around that time there was a greater influx of wealth and leisure time which led to people seeking to have extracurricular activities, such as sports. And because people had more wealth and were not as worried as getting by, they began paying to see people playing sports too.

This mostly happened because of the Industrial Revolution which led to better transportation, factories, materials, etc.
