Does the University of South Carolina have a better sports history than University of South Cali?

Posted by admin on April 28th, 2011 and filed under sports university | 2 Comments »

South Cali had most of its success in football and basketball when their teams played in sh1tty conferences and cheated all the time.

It had first Heisman winner to be stripped of a Heisman.

It also had a double murderer Heisman winner.

Well from all of this I could see the history in University of Southern California (fake USC).

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Hes saying that because the Gamecocks skunked his team in the CWS and won the Championship

I go to Univ. of Sout Carolina and we only have had 1 person to ever win the Heisman and we only have 6 Championships and only 1 is in football(from the early 1900’s)

Though I love my school and state…I highly doubt that we have better sports history than Southern Cal.

What are good college sports teams to represent?

Posted by admin on April 26th, 2011 and filed under college sports | 8 Comments »

I am a girl and all I care about when I wear stuff is the colors and if it looks good. But when I do where sports stuff all my guy friends are like "Oh that team sucks!". So what are some good teams that no one can make fun of but still have good colors. But I know there will still be haters of any teams.

…personally i like the Ohio state logo but idk what sport they even play so just tell me some good tea,s.

It does not matter if they are good or not. Choose the team that interests you the most. If you find yourself liking ohio state then like ohio state and do not let anyone tell you different. everyone is going to have their opinion on whether or not they like the team so you shouldnt let what they say effect your choice. and by the way Ohio State is very very good in most of there sports. and who ever said they suck is probably a michigan fan because its there rival.
I am a Texas Tech fan and I will stay one even though we suck right now, because there is always a chance for any college team to become better or worse.

What sports clubs can i join to socialize?

Posted by admin on April 22nd, 2011 and filed under sports | 2 Comments »

I live inn wolverhampton but as i want to join the army, i’ve heard they like it if you are part of a team sport where you can stay fit and be a team member, and i was just wondering what sport places are there (in Willenhall/Wolverhampton/Bilston – England) where i can do sports such as:
-Hockey
-Basketball
-Tennis
-Football
-Table tennis
-Trampolining
(Not places where you have to be a specialist as i am only a beginner with these sorts of sports)
Also places that aren’t that expensive.

Definately Basketball. I’ve met so many friends during my 3 years playing basketball and it’s not expensive you just buy shoes and a ball and thats’s about it :) Soccer is another good sport to join if it’s available and swim team. Swim team is agreat for your body i joined a couple of years ago and it really wears you out but you get muscle like that.

can you patent a sports gambling idea?

Posted by admin on April 20th, 2011 and filed under sports gambling | 1 Comment »

I HAVE A SPORTS GAMBLING IDEA, BUT I DON’T KNOW WHERE TO START OR HOW TO PROTECT IT.

Hmmmmm … il put it this way .. i dont know what your idea is but lets presume its basic without any equipment just pen and paper ok … now its you vs the guys your trying to win money from yeah?? so keep your idea and dont tell anyone. Then there is no need for a patent and you will make plenty money much more than if you sell it to other people (which i also presume is the reason why your asking about a patent). If it works then milk it my friend and make all the money you can and good luck to you. Its a bit like killing two birds with one stone .. you stil make money and no one knows about your idea …
This may not be what your looking for but its just advice to think about. Best of luck butty :)

I want to bet on sports with a proven money management system. Can someone help me get started?

Posted by admin on April 14th, 2011 and filed under sports bet | 2 Comments »

I want to try a strategy in sports betting because it seems like if you can stay disciplined and stick to a plan, then money can be made. I would like to hear some answers.

Search on "Kelly Criterion", "John L Kelly", "Edward O. Thorp", and "Claude Shannon".

It’s actually from the field of Information Theory pioneered by Claude Shannon and is the method by which bandwidth is maximized in digital telecommunication. Keep in mind that it depends on your estimate of the actual probabilities of winning be more correct than that on which the payout odds are based. This means that money management in itself isn’t enough but you’ll also need to set up a decent model to obtain reasonable probabilities or you’ll have to subscribe to a simulation service such as accuscore.com (which unfortunately the bookmakers probably subscribe to).

What percentage of people who bet on sports are profitable in the long run?

Posted by admin on April 12th, 2011 and filed under sports bet | 6 Comments »

Please include a link to an actual study on this if possible. My cousin seems to think he can win money sports betting in the long run. I would like to see stats on this

I really don’t think there’s ever been a study, but most individuals that are very knowledgeable with the sports betting industry will tell you it’s around 1%. Again, I have no evidence to back it up, but I would say it’s very close to that or even less. If you want to be successful at sports betting than it is at least a full time job. Trust me, it’s not easy and can be an emotional roller coaster that most individuals can’t handle.

For some free and unbiased advice, check out http://www.sports-betting-insights.com . We will tell you like it is and go over the good and bad. Most people believe the hype that so many touts and websites are trying to sell them on becoming rich over night. Obviously, that’s just not reality. I could go on and on, but you get the point.

Can someone explain the pyramid on the Wii sports fitness test?

I think each test means one of the traits on the pyramid, but to be honest it means nothing more than how well you’ve scored on them.

i have a question about fitness and sports?

Posted by admin on April 8th, 2011 and filed under fitness sports | 3 Comments »

ok im 17 year old and im 260 lbs.i really want to run track this year but ithink that my weight is a problem,i dont want to go out there on the field and have a stroke or heart attack.so is it safe for me to run or not?

To go out for a sport (at least in the US, I’m not sure where you live) you have to have a fitness examination, so a doctor will determine if it is safe or not. If you live somewhere where a physical isn’t required, get one.
